1. What is a group order (GO)?

A group order is whereby items are purchased in bulk as a group to save on cost (such as domestic shipping fee, forwarding fee)

4. Will I receive the preorder benefits?

Yes, if it is given to us (do note that preorder benefit is limited and subject to availability)

In the event where not all preorder benefits are received, it will be given on a First-Pay-First-Serve basis (FPFS)

5. Do you do Internal Trading?

Yes. It is not based on a First-Pay-First-Serve basis (because we understand you will need time to make an informed decision)

The objective will be to allocate it within your top 3 choices. If selection is needed it will be done via roulette​

6. What modes of payments do you accept?

PayLAH!/PayNow/Cash Deposit/Bank Transfer

7. How do I make payment?

8. How do I know if the GO is still open for orders?
-
Please look at the deadline for all GOs
-
Not all GOs will have additional batches (due to not being able to hit minimal orders/items sold out etc.)

Thus always join the GOs before the deadline
​
9. How do I know if you received my payment?​
-
We will verify all payments via bank transactions. If there is no problem, you won't receive any message from us
​
10. How do I know if my order is secured?
-
"All orders are secured" will be mentioned under the GOs via Telegram/Twitter
-
It will also be updated under individual excel sheet consolidation (it will be updated within 3-5 days after the order was placed)
11. Will there be an additional payment for items priced at a one-time payment?
-
95% of the time there won't be any additional payment. However, if there is an underestimation for shipping etc., or shipping fee increased by the time the item is being shipped, additional payment is required

Likewise, if there is an overestimation, a refund will be given for any excess payment

12. How much is 2nd payment if there is any?
-
It is charged by either volumetric weight/actual weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight is calculated by LXHXW/6000
-
Thus far, the items that have been arriving 2nd payment did not exceed $25 before and 1kg didn't exceed $10 (for KR to SG). However, it is just a guide, subject to changes

13. Will you refund if item(s) is/are sold out?
-
Yes. Refund will be given, do give us some time as verification of payment and some accounting have to be done before any refunds

14. When will you send the parcel out to Singapore?
-
All items (including buying service aka personal order(s)) will be consolidated until the box is full (won't know the exact duration of when the box is full because it depends on the number of orders)

15. How long does it take for the items to arrive in Singapore?
-
It will take 5-7 business days upon request for the parcel to be sent out to Singapore
-
Total duration usually take 2- 4weeks (it can be more than 4 weeks if there is a huge delay from the merchant side)

16. How do I know if my items have arrived?
-
We will update on telegram channel, Twitter, and Instagram (with hashtag #ARRIVAL, and the list of GOs' hashtag)
-
We will also update on this website and all relevant excel sheets (it will be updated within 3-5 days after item arrival)

17. Where can I get all the latest updates?
-
We will update on the telegram channel (with hashtag #UPDATES)

18. How do I access individual excel sheets?
-
It will only be available to buyers who bought from multiple GOs/regulars
-
Single GO buyers, you will be informed of item arrival personally
-
Please contact us with the same social platform used to receive the link(s) if you're qualified but did not have the link
​
19. How do I know if consolidation of item(s) is allowed?
-
As long as no collection deadline is set
​
20. How do I know when is the collection deadline?
-
You will be contacted and it will be stated on Individual Excel Sheet
21. What determines if one exceeds the collection deadline?
-
The self-collection/meetup/mailing form has to be submitted before 23:59:59pm before the end of your collection deadline date.
-
For example, the deadline is on 19 Dec, you will have to submit by 23:59:59pm; 19 Dec. [Any reason would not be valid]
-
Likewise, the same method would be used to count the number of days it exceeds the collection deadline
-
For example, the deadline is on 19 Dec, and one only submit the form on 23:00pm; 23 Dec, Late fee of $4 ($1/day) will be collected.

Refusing to pay late fee will result in items being confiscated and it will be resold

22. Where and when do you usually hold your meetup(s)?
-
Meetup is fixed on Every Thursday (except on the week where I have no class)
-
Meetup is usually at Tanjong Pagar MRT (6.20 pm/8.20 pm) or Sembawang/Canberra/Yishun MRT (around 9 pm onwards)

Other locations will be subject to availability

24. What kind of local deliveries do you provide?

25. I don't know which modes of delivery to use?

26. How often do you send out parcels?
-
At least once a week for normal mailing/Qxpress. If there are not many parcels it will be slightly delayed.

27. How can I opt for mailing/courier?
​
28. I have already sent the mailing form can I still include the newly arrived items?
-
You would always be informed when your parcel is being packed. If not informed = haven't packed your parcel yet.

You could always refer to the Packing Status for updates on your parcel.

If your parcel is not packed yet we will always include them for you
-
If we were able to estimate the arrival of items, we will usually hold your item for you to consolidate together (even if you send your form already). We always think for you, so don't worry!

29. Will I be receiving mailing proof/tracking slips?
-
Yes. It will be provided for all mailing/courier (no video proofs as it is troublesome)
-
You would also be receiving a photo proof of the items that would be sent to you for confirmation
​
If you miss it please wait patiently for the next one or opt for self-collection
In the event when there are a lot of requests for mailing/courier, do note that it may take a long processing time
Please only opt for meetup/mailing/courier when your item is here and you want to send it out
If you want to consolidate, DO NOT fill the forms
Only send in payment for local delivery after an item has arrived

31. What to do if I received the wrong/extra item/quantity?

The mailing fee would be borne by the buyer if he/she had acknowledged that the item was correct as a further step was taken by us to minimize the chances of mistakes from happening.
