• All self-collection has to be made 24 hours in advance of the preferred collection date and time

• Please only opt for self-collection if you can confirm and no last-minute booking/changes/cancellation

• A penalty fee may be applied at $1-5 for last-minute booking/changes/no-show (less than 24 hours notice)

• Please bring your own bag for your item(s)

• Please indicate a specified timing that you're coming within the time slot

• You cannot just come at any time that you want within the time slot~

• Please inform us when you are on the way and when you've arrived (allow us 5-10mins buffer time)

• Do not turn up when you did not receive confirmation from us (you will not be receiving your items)

• Please double-check your items before leaving
