ORDERING POLICY
 

• Please place your orders when you're 100% sure about it

• Orders will only be placed upon full payment received

• Strictly NO REFUND/CANCELLATION of order(s) after payment made (no reasons will be accepted)

• Strictly NO RESELLING/UPSELLING of items (if caught, you will be blacklisted)

• Group Orders will usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive in SG (after dispatching)
  (Please only buy if you can wait, please be patient)

PAYMENT POLICY
 

• All prices stated is one-time payment excluding local delivery if opt (unless otherwise stated)

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (i.e. additional shipping fee charged), a top-up may be required  

• For items that require 2nd payment, it will only be released for collection after payment received
  (you will be blacklisted if you do not make 2nd payment and the initial payment will not be refunded)

REFUND POLICY
 

• Refunds will only be made if:

  • The product(s) is/are sold out (no more restock after monitoring – monitoring period decided by us)

  • There is any excess payment

  • Any wrong item ordered/missing and or damaged goods caused by us
     

In these cases, the full amount will be refunded. Refunds will be done within 24-48 hours

 

COLLECTION POLICY
 

• Consolidation is allowed if there is sufficient space and your other items are on the way (sending to Singapore)

• We will hold your items for 2 weeks upon arrival of the last item (excluding items that are not arriving soon)

• Collection deadline reminder will be sent once without further reminder

• A late fee of $1/day will be charged if it exceeds the collection deadline (up to 30days)

• After 30 days from the collection deadline, items will be confiscated and will be non-refundable

• Confirmation will be sent for all collection methods

Self Collection/Meetup
 

• A penalty fee of $1-5 may be charged for last-minute cancellation/no show for self-collection/meetup

• Do bring your own bag for the collection

• The schedules are not fixed and are subject to changes

Normal Mailing/Courier

• The mailing form is open 24/7 but will only be packed in batches

• A penalty fee of $0.20-0.50 may be charged to rectify mistakes in mailing details caused by buyers

RISK POLICY 
 

• We will not be liable for the following situations:

  • Any wrong items sent by the merchant

  • Changes in product content by the merchant

  • Missing and or damaged goods sent by the merchant/during delivery
     

• We will definitely try our best to resolve the issue (if any) but subject to approval
